Terms of Service
These terms cover use of Temi Publish ("the app"), a scheduling tool operated by Temi Giwa in the United Kingdom.
1. What the app does
The app sends videos you have made and queued to your own TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts at the time you choose. On TikTok it delivers videos to your inbox as drafts, which you review and post yourself.
2. Who can use it
The app is for the operator's own accounts and for platform reviewers testing it. You must be 18 or over and have the right to post to each account you connect.
3. Your content
- You own your content. You give the app permission to store it and send it to the platforms you choose, only so it can do that job.
- You are responsible for what you post, including having the rights to any music, footage or images in it.
- You must follow each platform's own rules: the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, Instagram Terms of Use, and the YouTube Terms of Service.
4. What the app won't do
The app never adds watermarks, logos or promotional text to your content, and never posts anything you didn't queue.
5. Availability
The app depends on each platform's API. If a platform rejects or delays a post, the app notifies you so you can post it yourself. The app is provided as is, without any guarantee that every post will go out on time.
6. Ending use
You can disconnect any account at any time from that platform's settings, as described in the Privacy Policy. Access may be withdrawn if the app is misused or a platform requires it.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for lost revenue, reach or data caused by a platform outage, a rejected post or a missed schedule. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
