Privacy Policy
Temi Publish ("the app") is a scheduling tool operated by Temi Giwa, an individual based in the United Kingdom ("I", "me"). It sends a creator's own videos to their own TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts. This policy explains what the app accesses, why, where it's kept and how to remove it.
Who uses the app
The app is used by me to post to accounts I own or manage. It is not offered for sign-up. If you are a reviewer from TikTok, Meta or Google using a test account, this policy applies to your test data too.
What the app accesses from each platform
| Platform | What it accesses | Why |
|---|---|---|
| TikTok | Your TikTok open ID and display name (user.info.basic); permission to upload videos to your account (video.upload) and, if granted, to publish them (video.publish); access and refresh tokens | To show which TikTok account is connected, and to send your scheduled video to that account |
| Instagram (Meta) | Your Instagram professional account ID and username, the linked Facebook Page's access token, and permission to publish media | To publish your scheduled reels and read back each post's link |
| YouTube (Google) | Your channel name and permission to upload and manage your videos; access and refresh tokens | To upload your scheduled videos, set their details and thumbnails, and confirm the connected channel |
The app does not read your followers, messages, comments, analytics, or any other account's data.
Content you give the app
The videos, captions, titles and schedule times you queue, plus a record of each post (platform, time, post ID and link).
Where it is stored
- Supabase (database and file storage, EU region) holds the schedule, post records, video files and the platform tokens. Access is restricted to the app's server key.
- The operator's own computer holds the YouTube sign-in used for long videos, in a file only the operator's user account can read.
- ntfy.sh delivers the phone notifications. A notification contains the post's caption and a link to the video that expires within 24 hours.
- Cloudflare hosts this website. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
How long it is kept
- Video files are deleted automatically 30 days after every post that uses them has gone out or been cancelled.
- Post records (caption, time, link) are kept so the creator can see their posting history, until deleted.
- Tokens are kept until you disconnect the account, or until they expire.
Sharing
Your data is never sold, rented or used for advertising. It is only sent to the platform you scheduled the post for, and to the service providers listed above so the app can run.
YouTube API Services
The app uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke the app's access at any time at Google security settings.
Disconnecting and deleting
- TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions → remove Temi Publish.

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, or object to its use. Email me and I'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
